As promised, it is time for another GUPS post, but first, I would like to talk a little more about Liabelle and our training sessions in the Boyahda Tree.















Besides being eye candy, Lia can mimic the /bow and /sit commands whenever I perform them first. She can also unleash a special ability, when we are both at red (less than 25%) HP, called "Blessed Radiance" that deals medium to high, Light elemental damage.















But wait, there is more! On one occasion, Liabelle even used "Provoke" when I was at red HP, and last I checked, healers do not learn "Provoke" naturally. Unfortunately, Lia failed to divert enmity, but it was nice of her to try nonetheless.

On another topic, I also managed to break my "Rampage" record again on some Elder Goobbues. The top number (above) was done, using a Marinara Pizza, on an EM Goobbue while the bottom figure was done, without food, on a T Goobbue. As one can tell, these are not numbers that I can pull off on a regular basis, but with better gear, I hope to do just that.

Other Stuff










The aftermath of much farming and NPC training! My current plans are to finish my Group 2 BLM merits (by fully maxing "Freeze and Burst II") and cap my Enfeebling Skill afterward.

















I also picked up the key items above, just for fun. At a cost of 30k (top) and 115k GP (bottom), these items were not cheap, but I now own or have owned every single Fishing item. In the event that SE adds new fish for Zaldon to gut, Mooching should come in handy for Fishing Matsya, a likely candidate for the rarest of items.







Some of you might have noticed the new items in my wardrobe, and in particular, the boots above. After cutting a deal from a very special friend, "Cherry," I managed to buy the boots for 1M gil and three Iriz Ima pops. Although I probably could have got the boots for much less, I am very happy to have helped both a friend and my BST's melee gear.

Guttler Updates



















As shown two posts ago, I have indeed finished my Stage 3 Axe, but given the gil required for Stages 4 and 5, I have decided to work on some other goals first. Ideally, I want to:

• Level NIN to 57 on Cooking mule. I will also be raising her Cooking skill to 100 and attempting to get her a Hocho.
• Level SCH and DNC to 37, BLU to 50, and WHM, NIN, and RDM to 75 (possibly THF and WAR as well).
• Farm enough gil to have decent gear on all current and upcoming 75 jobs.

Hopefully, I will become much more versatile by leveling new jobs. As much as I enjoy playing BST, I want to be more flexible at group events, and that is where having multiple jobs will come in handy.


Currently, I am working on Stage 3 -> 4 of my Guttler.
