Angst Angst Revolution

If you heard me rant in-game last week, glance over this post.

I have experienced a lot of bad luck and drama these past few weeks. As a result, I have gone otherwise insane, so now, I just want something, anything, good to happen. At this point, you are probably wondering what the heck I am talking about, so I have summarized my past few weeks below.

1. After waiting three weeks for a Runaeic Fragment run, the event was cancelled after a low-man JP LS showed up and jumped the zone. Although my mercenaries were there first and tried negotiating in Japanese, the other LS did not bother responding, and to make matters worse, it will be another month before the mercenaries can try another run.
2. Attempts at procuring an Attestation of Bravery proved equally agonizing, especially after cancelling a run that overlapped with the one above. Although the Fragment run was cancelled, I could not reschedule the Attestation run for another week, and one week later, the leader decided against the run, stating that it would be too much of a hassle. In addition, a would-be Attestation run with another LS was also cancelled after their leader refused to attempt the run without a larger group.
3. Hired mercenaries to sell me a pair of Beast Bazubands. but we were defeated by Dragonscaled Bugaal Ja twice. Moreover, I was constantly performing favors for the mercenary leader in hopes of reruns, but eventually, the mercenary leader moved to Japan and disappeared from FFXI altogether.
4. Bad luck with Nyzul Isle.

Tonight's Special: Lost a pair of Askar Manopolas after someone in my group ejected us prematurely. Although I cannot prove it and the GMs will not confirm it, I am 90% sure it was Wuseha because he wanted money midway through the boss fight and did not get his Goliard Chapeau.
